I liked the idea of those clams that bloke did. Shame he didn't go through.
I'm getting a bit tired of seeing 3 scallops lined up on a rectangular plate, usually with black pudding or peas.
It's getting as old hat as broooooosketty.

It would help if they actually cook the scallop properly as well -the last couple I've seen have either undercooked them or steamed them. I think the last bruschetta I saw was so thick it was what my Grandad would have called a "tram-stop."

Missed it last night. Can someone supply the important news: were they on their feet for 6 hours with no let up, or were they on their feet for 6 hours with no respite, or was it one of each.
