i know it's to put them under pressure but it's stooopid.
oh and when they have to carry the food through to food critics, that annoys me also. Chefs dont deliver thier own bloody food.

agree with that - I've never ordered a meal and specified a precise time for main course! Even when I organised Mess events you just went to the table once given n the nod by the Mess manager.
