Crap Bow Tie of the Evening Award: Raymond Blanc, for the sminky frairnch number.
I'm looking forward to the start of the Restaurant and the useless dingbats trying to set up a restaurant. I wonder if there will be anything quite as rubbish as "Sorbets and Seasons" this year...

Albert Roux may not look the picture of health, but he seemed a top bloke. More stars than any of the others there and yet he didn't feel he needed to say anything negative. The whole Roux family seem quite lovely (although Michel Jnr looks a bit scary with his starry eyes)!!

I think I am a little bit in love with Michel Roux Jnr. He runs, he cooks, he's French. Sigh. Don't tell my boyfriend.

MR Jnr seemed to come across as a good judge, firm but fair and supported them throughout the whole process.

only thing that annoys me about the whole final thingy is that they have to do EVERYTHING themselves, that just doesnt happen in kitchens. fact.
