What's Emily going to cook this week ? My guess is it will be unicorn's horn filled with dodo meat in a rosewater jus. It will taste delicious and John Torode will explode with excitement :)

lol

Emily needs to get her hair out of her face, or I'll punch the telly.

Mophead Barrister is going to win.

How much longer will this show go on for? will there have 17 smi finals then 4 finals? then a final final?

It was a shame Sarah didn't get through - she was so lovely and really cared about food too.

The presenters bestowed the title "Child prodigy" on Emily. A bit excessive, considering they'd just slated her dish (which looked like a nightmare school dinner). Also, what part of 18 years old is a child ? Mozart was a child prodigy, composing and playing his piano music at the age of 5 !!!

John and Greg are TW*TS (at the top of your voice), but I still love the show...

I thought Emily was lucky to go through on the basis of her dish of "chicken a la chundeur jaune", though I do think she's normally very good. I felt sorry for Lois - she didn't deserve to go through but something about her makes me just want to give her a great big cuddle. ;-)

I think John and Greg are victims of the format and manipulative production values. The producers are obviously trying to generate conflict and controversy where there probably is none. But there is a slight element of twattage about the two of them ;-)

Lamb chops , whole, in a curry? Didn't fancy that despite loving curry! You have chunks of meat in a curry, not a great big lump.
