Oh well, if I still do next year I'm offically strange and it's not just the hormones. Mr LF thinks I'm mad as well. Described my Michel Roux related thoughts and he p*ssed himself laughing and said "Nooooooo".
Mind you he said the same about my James Stewart crush and that is perfectly normal.

I never realised I was such a good cook.
I'm as good as these guys.
I can cook scrambled eggs.
I can make creme anglaise ( my speciality is creme anglaise a la Bird's Custard Powder ).
But more importantly I don't give people raw/uncooked food to eat.
Raw meat = food poisoning = being sued for damages ( quite rightly too ) = 1 restaurant out of business.
These people are professionals ?
