Missed the first bit so only got to watch the 1/4's to semi's - glad mat got through - I think he deserved his place - Ludo being so late would have meant if I was sitting in top class restaurant I would have a SERIOUS issue with waiting 10 mins for my food (btw - I have dined in Michelin starred restaurants more than once  ) Being a "diner" I like FOOOOOOD not foams, and as for streaks of vegetable across the plate? - Not for me! I think Hannah did very well - she's young, has a postive frame of mind and she's hungry for success - she'll go far..... so even though she didn't get the semi place - she'll do well!!

I think the heats are a bit lopsided. The quality of contestant in last nights heat was pretty crap, yet the night when Matt won they were all very good.

Yes, a stir fry with tomato puree? Her pudding looked nice though.
