Like any of them care whether they let her down.
What about the lemon tarts? One of them had never made one. What does he do in the kitchen, mend the dishwasher?

My brother and his 4 year old daughter can make a perfect lemon tart. And even I can do boeuf bourgignon. And how come only one person managed to cook one scallop?

They were pretty pants tonight. Ludovic getting through was a joke - he completely blagged his eel en croute and was insufferably arrogant! Given some of the people that didn't get through last week I was pretty annoyed. Grrrr. </rant>

I know what you mean but luckily he's got no chance of getting past the quarter finals so just a case of setting him up even higher before the fall which will be fun to watch! Lol

None of them should have gone through tonight. I would have binned Ludovic for not listening to the brief when they were doing the smoked eel, because he wasn't going to use it for the 2nd dish and was making a dessert instead. He also looked half asleep most of the time and was incredibly arrogant.
They made some really awful errors in that. The skills test at the start should have been really simple. I can shuck and cook a scallop & make a rosti for god's sake!!! Useless.
