she was very sooopah though - cooking privately for a family in Ireland isn't quite like working a service in a restaurant. Mind you leaving all her poultry raw she could prob get a job with Heston he hasn't had a food poisining outbreak for a few weeks now

I just love it when he shouts out one word...."soooooooooper" "lurrrrrrrrrrrvely" with all the emphasis on the first syallable. I'd jump a mile if he were speaking to me - and most of those chefs are nervous enough as it is.
