I really hate that smile that Greg does when he likes the pudding. Twonk.

Doctor K
Not only did last night's winner cock up her main course but they don't seem to attach any weight whatever to the pro-kitchen where Kim was the star and the winner out of her depth. He was far more consistent. I think they got dazzled bu the dessert.

Dr K they never ever ever attach any importance to the restaurant round ever. you could just sit in a corner and cry for that whole round and then make a nice pudding in the final test and still win.
and wagamamas? what's next week - McDonalds?
scores in picking winners is getting pretty even now - MrB won last night.

Girlie
I'm noticing that John Torodes choice almost always goes through, so to win you have to impress him.
So long as the series winner isn't a travesty like series 2, whre Skiving Peter won it over Digger Dean who was far better and consistent throughout the finals.

that's true as well girlie - in the first and last rounds it's always John's choice that triumphs.

soon he'll throw the fork away and just eat it straight from the plate.
