agree Lil Chef just using H BH as a marketing gimmick. Are those people really so proud of not being able to cook properly despite working in a kitchen for decades - it was like we've dummed down and are proud of it. And the woman who said the menu lacked pictures so people could recognise the food!!!!!!! |

Clearly the problems at Little Chef are not just about the menu but about the attitudes ingrained at all levels, eg: 1. 3 mins is too long to cook something properly 2. I havent got time to do it well, I just want to do it quickly. That's good enough 3. The way we've done for all these years it is not to blame, even though it's the reason our restaurants are all mostly empty. |

They also assume people just want something fast, even if it's garbage. I'd rather wait for something to be done well, personally, but then again, I can't remember when I last ate in a Little Chef. And now I probably sound like a middle class pesto-eating nonce
