For today I have just done a steady and slow 25 minutes. I will always go to keep my long running streak going over Marcothon. 5 years today (guess what started it....)

Just did 11 km or so trying to fill in the odd circle in the vicinity that I have missed, as part of the 10000 circles effort :)

I'll be giving it a pop this year. All my work buddies during lockdown have "discovered" running and fitness whereas I have lost it. Hopefully this will at least help me shed a few pounds.

I am in two minds about it. I did run yesterday anyway but I will see how I feel today. Not putting any pressure on myself.

Good luck all. Done it a few times but won't be doing it this year as i'm running plenty and don't want to aggravate a couple niggles I have. Coincidently in at the moment as did run yesterday and will run tonight. Will drop out by the end of the week :)

Going fine here with 123 km so far. Every day has been the same weather recently: overcast, 2or 3 C and a bit drizzly, but at least it's not hard to work out what to wear.

I’m still in and it’s a)Strangely easy as I’m at home and not taking work trips and no works parties so plenty of options to get out for a run but it’s b) strangely difficult as I’ve got a Covid extra belly and I can barely motivate myself to do more than 4miles a day during the week. Serious case of cba.

Toughest day so far today but still in. The last seven miles I have run in 5 different places and driver 1100 miles resulting in my hamstrings screaming at me today. 7 miles off road yesterday and a very easy 5k plod this morning.
