Thanks riggys99, it's medoc on Saturday so if any marathon is going to be limped around, then Medoc has to be the one! How did it go ? |

It was rather hot and extremely slow!! But a great weekend. I was supposed to be doing Chester this weekend but it would have been daft to attempt it - the cutoff would have got me! I'm hoping DeeGee is letting us start early again in November! How you doing riggys99? |

Glad you enjoyed the weekend minardi I did the Humber coastal half on the 18th wasn’t sure how it would go as I missed a couple of weeks training due to hamstring injury Pleased with 1:32.25 especially as it was into the wind from the fitties to the finish near the lifeboat station. Since then training has gone well |

Medals have arrived. Trophies are ordered. Docks are letting me have a nice price on my weekend's beer again. I've confirmed toilets, medics and chip timing. Just remains to get down to the cash and carry to buy whatever it is I need to feed you and to mark out the course on the Friday night. See you all in a month or so... |

Tell me about it. I'm away for part of three of the four weekends I have remaining, as well. On one of them, I'm trying out this new thing called "Marathon Running". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild. |
