Ooh, I'm sort of doing this. I started the year doing the Pete Reid push up challenge which was increasing by one each day. I got to July before I was out but about 4 mates are still going - 300 odd they're up to. I've started this morning with 10 and I'll do 20 tomorrow, 30 on Wednesday etc. |

The classic version is to begin with 3 x 1 , but I think it is permissible to start anywhere and progress as you can....
