Impressed at all those still with it!

Have not done any properly since 3 x 33 (34 on the last set to round off the 100) that was clearly my limit!

May try again post VLM

I hear the marathon talk guys are wobbling big time on this now (well, Tom is anyway)

Back in with 3 X 20 today. I can't believe its a whole month since I failed at 23 x 3. Just goes to show what failure does for motivation. I think I'll stick at 3 x 20 for a few days to get back into it before increasing. What about the rest of you, I can't do it on my own. Come on Dogtanian, Pielips (I always thought that said Phelps until I had to type it!), Zorba & Pestomum.

Have started this again. Anyone else still doing this?

I was up to 3 x 21 in January. Today I 3 x 5, can't believe how quickly strength disappears!

Start on day 1 with 3 x 1 press up. On day 2 move to 3 x 2 and keep increasing by one every day. If you fail to do the target for the day then you try the same number the next day, only increasing when you have done the session properly. The Marathon talk challenge is to get to 3 x 100 push ups.

There are no real rules except all three sets must be done in the same session though. No going to wash your hair/walk the dog in-between sets:-).
