Hey Pushers

Yesterday i found the 3 x 20 hard but just blasted the 3 x 21 in 4 min 23. Felt good today but not sure if i will pay the price tomorrow.

3 x 15 done. Last three reps were hard but on the whole it was easier than 3 x 14 felt.

Jingle Snells I can assure you I am using both arms and anything else that will help me get back up from the lowered position. I would wear a red nose with a spring in it if I could get one. Are you suggesting we start doing one arm press ups, if so I'm out :-)

Start on day 1 with 3 x 1 press up. On day 2 move to 3 x 2 and keep increasing by one every day. If you fail to do the target for the day then you try the same number the next day, only increasing when you have done the session properly. The Marathon talk challenge is to get to 3 x 100 push ups.

There are no real rules except all three sets must be done in the same session though. No going to wash your hair/walk the dog in-between sets:-).
