Don't have any advice for Kieren, sorry.

I alos used to wear a gel belt, but eventually got irritated by the bouncing / constantly adjusting to try to find more comfortable position. I now shove 2 of them inside a wrist-sweatband (if you know what I mean - think tennis player) which I would be wearing anyway, and carry 2 more in my hand. No problems.

A Spibelt can hold a lot of stuff and doesn't bounce around.

SPI for me too. No Bounce, fits well, option of carrying car key or emergency credit card in case bag isn't at pick up point.
Used to have the SIS one, but the pouch flaps a lot.

Paul - I like that idea - I'll probably look at something similar.

Spibelt looks good but I think I've found a solution for me :)

I train without sugars / gels but at London I want to have a steady supply of sugar to get me round....
