Will I persuade anyone to join us for a bit of marathon fun on New Year's Eve & New year's day???  This will be 4th running of the event, 3rd on this date. You can run both marathons or just one. 4 out-and-back laps (meaning a lot of high fives!) along riverside promenade, very flat 100% road. Big heavy medal This is a small but very sociable event. Around 70 entrants in the past. All proceeds donated to Veterans Charity. Ah, Liverpool. Bit of a trek and pretty close date wise to Gloucester and Cotswold. May have to give this a miss but hope you get lots of runners

Kaja I am very tempted, it would depend on persuading OH and kids that it is the best way to start the new year . . .. is there a cut off date? (I would be a single mara lass, not a doubler)
