Just wondering about getting stuff sorted for London. I understand that you get a bag to put your kit in and then put into baggage. Is this true and if so, how big is it?

It's not huge. Maybe about 2 feet x 1 foot. You won't get a suitcase or anything like that in it (I don't think they'd take something that big from memory anyway) but you'll fit a change of clothes in it easily.

Big enough to take a dump into.
Not big enough to hide a dead body in.

Hope that helps.

Cheers guys! I thought I had to use a bag they gave me! I'll be waiting about three hours for my partner to finish so I wanted to make sure I had a change of clothes and enough stuff to get me set back to human! :-)

You'll easy have space for that. I use my 25l rucksack because it's much easier to carry about than those plastic bag / rope affairs. And then just at the last minute perform the switcheroo and put my rucksack inside the plastic bag for the baggage truck. They're pretty massive, much bigger than Claire's estimate above. Complete change of clothes = no problem.

Got something to say?
