Aye, either clotrimazole, miconazole, or terbinafine cream should do the job nicely. You can apply it generously, and treat ALL the clefts between your toes and the surrounding areas. And [whisper] if your groin skinfolds are inclined to get a bit red and sore, put the cream on there too, as athlete's foot sometimes spreads north.

PMSL thank you for the diagnostics! The groin is just just fine, so I'm told ;-)

I can't really have it amputated out I'll end up it two para classifications at once & that would really confuse BTU
