I think I'm going to do manchester this year but am struggling to find info on the start area and what there might be for my family to do whilst they wait. Does anyone know what the wife and kids would have to do for 3 hours while they wait for me? |

Chris - I have promised my son that my wife will take him to the Imperial Was Museum while they wait for me. I don't think that there will be an awful lot to do directly at the start but within a couple of Metro stops there'll be life. |

That didn't take long, thanks. The war museum would certainly be of interest to them but it might mean I will end up waiting for them after I have finished :o) At least that would allow me to join the queue for the massage tent! |
