Uh... Oh... What a blast from the past! I have been absent since 2009 ish when I had to stop running, now I am back... Not sure for how long, as my injuries are permanent so building up dead slow to not very much but at least I am getting out... Re McNewbie I was in touch with her shortly before she left social media and it was entirely voluntary... I also left social media, for my own reasons, and although it may seem strange to most, that is actually a positive, good thing, not a bad one! I do know why some of you may be worried about her though... But I don't think that is needed or constructive xx |

Not very recently but live in the same area and they did come and support at a local race maybe a couple of years ago, remember talking to Mick in the car park. Seemed well.

Yes tough times. 😞 If all goes well with lockdown easing I’ll be doing a few local races in April and May, hoping I might see them somewhere along the route.

So, out running locally this evening and I see a familiar figure walking towards us out for a stroll, and it was Mick! He lost Mrs Mick towards the end of last year, so sadness there, Phil is ok and Mick has had some positive things happen just recently. So he’s doing well. |
