Thanks for the tips, 3 hours of running from Box Hill along the NDW towards Reigate, a few nice bumps en route..not as quick as I thought it was be! Simply excellent running terrain.

That is a great route MPH, ran that one myself on Friday night but from Reigate Hill & back.
