Entries are open for the 18th running of the Long Eaton 5.

As usual we offer (limited) free beer, free finish line digital photograph, t-shirt, charity cake stall, and the Derby Runner stall amongst other excitements, at a reduced price of £7/£9.

And no Hellen, i don't know what colour the t-shirt is but i will find out soon.

we invariably have people over the hour, last year it was 70 minutes. We also had 7 runners over 70, not that i'm accusing you of being that old EP ;-)

I wish I could do this one too, but will be at the Alexander Stadium that day, where I'll be supporting some of the kids from the school where I work in a Special Olympics event.

you should go for it, Pix. It's a great race. :)
