57.5 Degrees of Pain
The Fetchpoint cheers were the highlight of a hard day. I timed my arrival going out to be just ahead of of the leaders going past, and my smiling and waving was genuine as I was still feeling pretty good. I did wave on the way back but that was a brief bright interlude in the long painful last 1/3 of the race. Thanks for being out there for us! |

Such fun, the few minutes I was with you when I wasn't chasing runners round. I'll try to be back for longer next year. |

A belated thank you to all at Fetchpoint on Sunday - the cheers were awesome and a special thanks to Fetch for the photos. It's always one of the highlights of the VLM and much appreciated.
