I'm completely knackered! So glad I could make it though - best day out of the year! Thanks for the hug Jock - I'm claiming your sticker for that  sunburned and bruised from leaning n the barrier! We need even more oranges next year! |

Thanks to fetch, katie, linds for the hug (was feeling sorry for myself so was very welcome) and all the other fetchpointers, really welcome sight and lifted my spirits! Was a brutal run and must have been equally hard for all you guys being there in that heat for so long,

Flippin heck that was brutal. Despite that I really enjoyed it. Stuck ridgedly to plan to run at a pace that allowed me to enjoy it. Massive thanks to Fetchpoint for cheers on both sides of the road when I announced myself as a fetchie

Such a lovely day. Haven’t done Fetchpoint for a few years and now I know what I missed. Great to meet everyone a familiar and new faces. Hats off to all the runners on such a hot day. |

Thanks so much for the support guys! I LOVED my first ever marathon but given that I was an hour and a half slower than goal time, I’m gonna have to run another one. Wait, I’m sure I said I’m never running again 🤷🏽♀️
