There's pavement alongside the road and then cycle path all the way from Aspatria to Workington. It's just a bit dull, and noisy with the wagons and log transporters hammering along wet road. It'll make it easier for eL Bee! to deliver cans of Coke to me.

Looking at the times I'm getting I don't think the tracker is working properly for everyone. Hope you have better weather than me (although I guess DocM has the same wetness ) Was daft enough to think we'd get to watch the elite race properly, with lots of looking back through the field - but no it's still all about the charities, isn't it
