Well, I started marathon training nearly two weeks ago using the traditional, time-honoured method of running a marathon. Ooops. Longest run since then has been 5ish miles (I did 9 or so on Wednesday but in two separate runs). Any recommendations for a good 16-week plan for someone who wants to run a marathon properly? I haven't really followed a plan before. |

I also use a variation of P&D adapted to fit in other races I want to do

I've just found this from roberton's blog. I'm in too 😊 Is there still a Fetchpoint like there used to be? |

I’m going to be at fetchpoint- whether there’s an official one or not!
