So anyone else would also need to reach that standard, and they also need a time from a real event to allow for the GPS being dodgy proof. People already with a GFA place but with a time from before 2019 just need to run the 3:10 time to prove they are probably around the same level still, maybe. Other than the dodgy GPS aspect that standard matches with what the regular deferral process was for GFA in that you would just need to run the qualifying time, not the additional faster standard after the 3000 limit was reached.
