funnily enough Sioux I was thinking the same - AR must be getting to good! mind you the Marathons were well organised, maybe its been a learning curve? feeling very contented today, can't understand how running a half sorts out my runners knee? |

It wasn't so much nicking as there were *leftovers* so I ate 4 (yes 4 Mcnewbie) pieces - must remember to take a tupperware box next time
