Good afternoon Fetch Folk,

I was wandering if one you kind folk could help me out a little, I have just done a 10 mile run and noticed afterwards that my left foot was tender, I ran my hand over the area and discovered a nice little bump that’s sore when I touch it. It’s a hard bump about the size of a pea and it’s just came out of the blue.

Everything was pretty normal on my run, normal trainers, nothing different at all really.

I have taken a pic and highlighted the area, you cant really see it very well but it will give you an idea of where it is.

Going to give the docs a bell in the morning though, it’s a little freaky.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Ganglioins aren't sore. The one I had, wasn't.

Got something to say?
