Lisbon Marathon - 100m ascent in 6km

I'm thinking of squeezing a final marathon into 2012 and Lisbon looks like a go-er but has 100m of ascent between 35km and 41km. Given that the last 8 miles of marathons seem to destroy me, a steer on this would be most kind.
