Linking pics to threads

Apologies if this has been done before and I missed it. Is there a way to link photos to threads? Quite often photos are tagged as "for thread" or somesuch but if you're not already involved in the thread it can be nigh on impossible to find the relevant thread. So a link in the gallery to the relevant thread or threads where the photo is used would be perfect. Thanks for listening. |

open pic in gallery, there's a bit net to it which says 'if you want to put this image in a blog or thread, copy this. Copy that. Or don't if it's for the porpoises of letchery. Here's a nice pic by phal, of some hills. |

What I am trying to do is find a subtle way of finding out which thread is the one where people are sharing shed snaps. Look in my gallery and you'll see my really natty wooden shed like structure. I wanted to share But didn't know where
