Just experimented by doing a short run (3.5 miles) in my Nike Free Run 2 which I only use for casual wear. They felt very light but I settled into it and I don't seem to have any aches and pains.

Weighed the pair on the kitchen scales though and my size 8s were 540g compared to 600g for the Pegasus 30s, so only 10% lighter. How would Zoom Elite compare?
