I've had two dehydrated/lethargic/elevated heart rate runs.

I know reasonably well what my heart rate should be at certain paces it's higher than it should nothing that's caused it race wise.

anyone else had this happen second run in a row now

Just startng to bounce back from about 4 days off this. Mrs Boab thinks it's the change in fueling from Turkey/Booze/Cake/Selection Boxes for two weeks to dialling it all in. A sort of detox she reckons. Have to say I can't fault her theory. Resting HR was up 10 beats for me and I generally felt "meh". My last couple of runs have been better, but not back to where I was pre Christmas silliness.

Keep an eye sounds sensible. Maybe your fighting a cold?

First run since Christmas yesterday. I felt heavy although my pace was normal but struggled with hills. I can't say I enjoyed my run and came back early with my back aching to boot.
