What have the kippers done to deserve that fate? (and how does anyone know for sure what it is like to die by drowning?) |

Agricultural hedge cutters should be obliged to hoover the road as they go along. Failure to observe this law should result in many hours of community service involving cutting hawthorn hedges with secateurs and clearing the cuttings with their bare hands.
