Wouldn't it be easier just to wear a long sleeved top?

When I was cycling home today I wished I had arm warmers and resolved to purchase some :)

Mr. K.
Last saturday night I wore arm warmers under my Helly Hensen long sleeved top. Useful bit of kit as buffs are too.

If you were to plunge into water wearing one of those things in the picture James linked to, would you be a muff di... Nah, probably not. ;-)

Oh dear. I own 2 buffs and use them as ear warmers then push them back up my head like a hair band if my ears get too warm. I have arm warmers for days when I might want to start my run with my arms covered and then take them off. I sometimes wear them as well as a LS top in winter. I have compression tops that I wear as base layers in winter. I have a Trion:Z bracelet that I wear as jewellery just because I like it. I have been known to wear shorts over my Skins tights in minus temperatures because the Skins are very thin and my ass gets cold. I have compression socks that I mostly wear for recovery but occasionally wear in races if my calves have been feeling tight.

I do not and will never own a skort, skapri or any other kind of running skirt, attached to legs or not. I also agree that built in 'bra' tops are pointless.

The ipod hat definitely wins the prize for most pointless and laughable. Who knew such things existed???!

I could help with the ass warming. Give it some more hay, ride it along the beech..

Ever wanted to get into an argument about Buffs of compression socks?

Do you run with a doughnut water bottle?
Did that advert in RW make that pricey but of kit seem indispensable?
Discuss on this thread and fall out over nipple guards...
