I just had a looked at some of my cut-offs. My accommodation balance with Booking, the 50% refund for LL100 and 90% refund for BFC are all 31 May/1 Jun which gives some time to assess options and fatness. I also reread some Koop, Be Ironfit (Fink) and listened to Simon Ward's Podcast titled Grumpy Old Coaches. Some good advice in all. I also read 8020endurance.com which is basically Lydiard with marketing but all supports the same view for improving the aerobic system move all else and that's what I'm going to focus on. I'm going to try to add a 30min to 60min walk/run daily to my current cycling regime. Low intensity focused on losing weight through keeping moving without stressing joints and system. See where we are in 6 weeks. |
