Me - 50 The 2017 run was one of my most favourite days Ever. Loved it - that is the thought that will keep me going as we head towards next year 😀 Hoping this thread will keep my training momentum going too 😀 |

With the time you spend in the Lakes, I think you'll be fine, Rosehip. And unlike some runners fuelled with testerone, you won't go of like a loon, then die on your arse heading out of Howtown.

To be fair, KinkyS. I don't think Rosehip will ask questions that can be found within 10 seconds of googling. I totally agree with flankers comment to the guy about pacers, etc.
