Lakeland 50 and 100 in 2017

Fenland (Fenners) Runner
When you're travelling at less than 2.5 mph towards the end of the Lakeland 100, the extra 5 miles, it is really 105 miles (without any bonus mileage), could add at least 2 hours.

One week on. Apart from an energy crash on Thursday, no real issues. One blister has dried out. Rubbing on right foot has healed. I've been for two runs 😲
