Pedro, yes they can. Quite a few people bring big family tents, although there's not much room for kids to play.

Camping is one vehicle and one tent per competitor, but they can be as big as you like and for as many people as you can cram in

Excellent, cheers all. We have a BIG ass tent! I cant believe I have just entered an Ultra, am I mad? Never raced passed 30K yet Time to man up for the winter and train hard/smart. Supposed I best find a Marathon to run at some point....that may be a good idea. lol

I may regret this and wish I was there when the time comes, but after a few days of should-I-shouldn't-I I've decided not to enter the 50 for 2014. Lots of good reasons
