Then from Mardale head is it the Old Corpse Road to Swindale then onto Sleddale then up that valley to Kentmere vicinity??

then over my personal favourite (nemesis) Garburn pass then once down does it go Townend then Skelghyll Wood or Troutbeck and wansfell pike then to Ambleside?

then does it leave Ambleside by that really steep ikkle road leading up to Brow Head Fram and onto Loughrigg Fell to Langdale School?

Lovely training route today - Glenridding up to Sticks Pass via old mine workings then over the tops to Hellvellyn then down Dollywagon Pike then up Fairfiled from the tarn then along via Birks back to Glenridding :):)

14 miles all in all - 4 hours - tried to pace myself with this event in mind. :)
