Flip you really have to do this as I may need a light in the darkness. In more ways than one.

We are given one life on this earth, and only a short amount of time to dance. Fetch has been one of my main inspirations,I find it amazing how you can be inspired by so many people that you don't know. I'm now not afraid to fail because I'm now not afraid to try.

Oops really don't mean to pressure anyone, just feeling very unsure of myself just now LOL Of course UTMB training must take precedence over everything else. Can anyone quess I've been to a party to celebrate 22 years in the same job so feeling a. slightly squiffy and b. a little melacholic. Not a good combination.

Looking forward to the fun run on the July 30th, last hard run planned for Sunday, then into taper (chill) mode.

Seriously not ready for this - training has gone badly, achilles is painful and at the moment have lost most of my hearing (too much swimming at Centre Parcs at the weekend - I hope).

Am really wondering right now if turning up is sensible thing to do. Thinking of going up to the lakes this week for a big of a play and kill or cure.

Just ran from Roehead to Fusedale and back. It was fooking hot.
