Oops pressed submit to soon. I sent an email to Marc via results base to come out of the ballot but it didn’t happen. So now I’m going to do it seeing I have a place. I so want to improve on my time from July.

Congratulations and commiserations all I’m glad I didn’t apply for the 100 now as it gives someone else a go. I think in previous years, all the 100s who had valid entries got in |

I’m in for the 100. Sorry to those that were unsuccessful, fingers crossed for a charity place if you decide to go that way. I read it was 80 per 100 of the 100 ballot that got in but only 1 in 3 of the 50 ballot. |

I have been wondering with the 50/50 split for new/returning runners for the 2023 50miler that they’ve mentioned on the faRcebook page, that surely the returning runners is going to be a far bigger chunk applying than returning runners? There’s been a fair few years of the 50/100 now so a fair few folk to ‘return’ if they wished…. 🤷♀️ Sorry to those who didn’t get in, well done to those who have. I wasn’t in the hat this year. |
