TBH I don't know what kind I've got! I bought them in lockdown so it was a case of having what was available as they were scarce at the time.

I discovered this weekend that my new weight plates fit on the metal bar of my old weights but not the old dumbbell bar so I can, when ready!, use some fairly heavy barbell weights which is good After Bramley I will be doing more - please remind me! |

I have a 6kg (for shoulder work) and 24kg (for deadlifts) in Wolverson. Plus 8kg (mainly rows), 12kg (for goblets squats) and 16kg (for swings) from Decathlon. I say "have" but I didn't bring them with me when I moved so a friend is using them now. |
