I think Lock Laces are great. I have a dyspraxic teenage son who can't tie shoelaces, and it isn't easy finding shoes with velcro fastenings in a size 10.5

Just seen this thread! Lock laces are great on road shoes, it takes a while to get them just right so they are not to tight. But useless for heavy off road stuff, if your foot is subject to suction then the show is likely to come off, I know from expirience!
