KT Tape

I've had a slightly dodgy knee for a few weeks and was signed up for a long one over the weekend so took a bit of advice from the drop in clinic at Run and Become. Youtube then showed me how to put it on and it was pretty easy really and so worked well! Although it wasn't cheap the strips I used lasted all weekend!
