I thought I'd give some feedback on using KT tape. I've had a slightly dodgy knee for a few weeks and was signed up for a long one over the weekend so took a bit of advice from the drop in clinic at Run and Become. Youtube then showed me how to put it on and it was pretty easy really and so worked well! Although it wasn't cheap the strips I used lasted all weekend!

Is it easy to self-apply? I got Kinesioed at the VLM Expo, and I'd consider it again if I can do it myself.

I use Rocktape. Dead easy to apply and works a charm.

I got a bit of help from the first aid bloke but it seemed quite straight forward really. Just stretchy enough and good and sticky.

Got something to say?
