My niece sent some pictures of her dog in the jacket I made her for Christmas. I sent two additional granny squares for my sister to add as a belly-strap, as I wasn't confident of the sizing. Neither of us wanted to use velcro or poppers, so she cleverly used buttons to fasten through the natural holes in the squares.

I think Winnie looks very smart. :-)

Drell
I finished off three (3) garments this weekend and am on the final stretch of a fourth. Very pleased with myself.

Garment 1:

Made from the leftovers from 2 pairs of pull-on corduroy trousers, plus cutting up an old worn out pair of trousers.

Garment 2:

Shirt for Mr Drell. He likes wearing way-out shirts. I bought a lucky dip of 5 1-metre lengths of batik cottons from Dalston Mills, and have so far done 2 shirts out of 3 of the lengths. I'll get another shirt out of the final 2 lengths.

Garment 3:

A top that has been on my needles for months. It took me about an hour to do the last bit of the last sleeve. The yarn is reclaimed from a top that I made earlier this year, that didn't fit and that I didn't like.

Finally, garment 4.

A jumper for Mr D. Knitted entirely in the round (including sleeves). Steeks all done, and it's only the seams to go before the whole thing is finished. It's been on the needles for months and months.
