Kinetic Revolution 30 day improve your running challenge

I know it won't transform my running but I've decided to do Kinetic Revolution's 30 day challenge in November.

It's a series of short (10 - 15 min) daily workouts focusing on mobility, balance, strength and technique.

Anyone else up for it?

I did it a couple of years ago, there was another thread on it so have a search.

I found it helped and I scored a decent PB soon after finishing the programme. Could be a coincidence though.

The Kinetic Revolution site has loads of useful videos on exercises, stretches, balance and running technique, and nearly everything on there is free. Excellent.

I started doing it earlier this year and found it a bit too time consuming for me and gave up after less than 2 weeks.
