They've said all that needs to be said If you feel up to a walk or even a gentle jog, that's fine, but don't do anything long or hard that might distract your immune system from dealing with the kidney infection. And if you don't feel up to a walk or a gentle jog, don't force yourself. It's never worth making yourself train through an acute illness. |
